CRMI was officially incorporated in June of 1999. In April of 2000, a corporate staff was established in Florida and the process began to begin hiring management for the Newport center. A site was selected (originally we were looking at going into the building where Vermont Teddy Bear now has a factory), technology and furniture was purchased and a contract was signed with the J.C.Whitney company in Chicago IL. CRMI opened its doors in October 24, 2000 with a ribbon cutting ceremony and began providing call center services shortly there after.

Over the years, CRMI has built its operations to include inbound call management, order-taking services, data entry, market surveys, special promotions and more. CRMI's clientele continues to include some of the most recognized names in the catalog industry.
